More lies from Lauren. Her entire rebuttal is nothing but a lie. I have the numerous emails from her stating that my full refund had been mailed. If you would like copies of them, just ask and I will send them to you. Whatever you do, DON"T send this company a dime. Put them out of business!

First of all our records show that Mr. Rob did receive two of the 5 appointments he signed up for, and was offered a refund for the unused appointments, to which he responded, "That is unacceptable." Annuity Sales Now, Inc. (ASNI) then explained to Mr. Rob that we would "Honor" our agreement with him and replace all appointments that do not result in a full presentation. We also informed Mr. Rob Covalt that the Appointment Setter who set his appointments had been terminated and we would assign another appointments setter to his file. Again Mr. Rob stated, "That is unacceptable." ASNI then offered Rob a refund less the cost of the two appointments he received, for a total refund of $170. He again cave the same response of, "Unacceptable." Annuity Sales Now, Inc will "Honor" Mr. Rob's agreement and replace all appointments that do not result in a full presentation. As to Mr. Robert who has attached wagon to someone else. Yes at one point we did have an office/call center/ in California and Dwight had the website in his name. Annuity Sales Now, Inc. (ASNI) is a National Company and has the right to have offices were ever it wishes. ASNI also has the right to employ and/or terminate whoever it wants. If you happened to read the other report from a former employee, it explains a lot. The company is run by one Dwight Peterson aka Izzy, aka Dean White. Best I can tell, all the other email addresses are phony. I have not been able to talk to anyone else at the company. The guy uses a New York address and number that are both forwarded to southern California. Our appointments were also completely bogus and far away from our office. Please file complaints with the consumer affairs folks in NY, CA and your home state. Small claims may get you a judgment, but seeing any money is unlikely. Help shut this guy down. He is a thief and a con artist. Dwight uses a free website. He claims Dwight was a call center manager in California, but when you check the domain registration, it's in the name of Dwight Peterson. Good luck getting your money back. I paid $750 for 15 appointments and received zero appointments and a bunch of excuses. Don't send this guy any money!
