Anthony's Appliance Service overcharged for washer repair - didn't fix problem - wouldn't return phone calls Forney Texas
Anthony Wynne came to our home to repair our washing machine. He worked on the washer and charged us $395 including tax. The washer continued to leak and so we called him to come back out. Both my husband and I called several times, leaving messages each time. He did not return our calls.
We paid by check and he had us make out the check directly to him personally. It appears that he took our check directly to our bank to get his money.
At this point, I do not want him in my home again. Do I have any recourse?
