Any Day Cash ripoff PAY DAY LOAN THAT SWEARS AT ITS CLIENTS INTERNET
I used Any Day Cash for a pay day loan because I needed $300 for a plane ticket to get to my grandmother's funeral. I intended on paying it back on the day I got paid. To make a long story short, my company's direct deposit got screwed up and cancelled so we were all given checks to deposit. I was away so I couldn't deposit my check. Because of this my pay day loan payment was rejected by my bank.
Then I start getting about 3 messages a day from this Gabrielle guy demanding his money. I spoke to him once and said I didn't have enough on my credit card but I would be happy to write a check. He said no I had to WIRE the money to him. I agreed until I went down to the local western union and found out it wasn't a business I was wiring money too because there was no business code(apparently there is more than one way to wire money)
I got a little suspicious so I called back and said I would mail him a check because I need a record of deposit. He got angry and called me a dead beat, etc...so I hung up on him.
He called back 3 TIMES after that but I did not answer. He then called my boss, and another co-worker and yelled in their voicemails at work. Then, I'm assuming he looked me up in the phone book because he called me EX-Husband and EX-Sister in law and told them he was going to sue me.
I understand I owe this money and would be more than happy to pay it, however, this company's tactics for collecting money is ridculous. However, with the amount of effort this ONE person is doing I'm assuming I'm his only client.
IF YOU NEED A PAY DAY LOAN, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
