I am really angry that aol can charge on my account without even notifying me first.I am being charged for two accounts each month and for credit alert that I didn't order.Thats money being taken out of my account unexpectly,and I am really tired of it.I don't think that aol should be able to take what they want out of my account when they feel like it.It will be stopped one way or another because I am not going to have to put up with it every month....I was told last month that it would be taken care of,well geuss what I was lied to.I was also told that I ordered it .NO. I did not order it and I want it straightened out now.I have talked to them idots on the phone after having to listen to there computers and listening to there crappy music.It's a waste a time.I even had to fax them a copy of my bank statement to prove that I was being over charged.That really pissed me off.They know that they over charged me.
