Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

AppCat.com promised when I signed up that upon paying the license, any app I produced for my clients would not have a renewal fee EVER.

Not only that is NOT TRUE, since they're now enforcing a $7,99 fee monthly for all apps produced for clients (which means, they were sold to clients WITHOUT any renewal fee and now means we as company have to pay on behalf of our clients), secondly it's been impossible to liaise with any customer account manager, customer support, no email contact that's valid, no phone contact...

The whole thing is a massive scam, leaving all of us, marketing agencies and end users having to pay, or shut up. AND EVEN WHEN WE HAVE PAID!!!.. still, they take the money, and apps are not activated either!.

We get these messages that "this is a family run business", and also "look at terms and conditions" where you find that there's 2 set of terms and conditions. 1, it says that "these are our terms.. if we don't like the way you complain, your language, we cancel you off", and 2, the "legal stuff", where you ge the usual legal wording.

Quite unbeliveable, that you also get the automated response "this is a family run business, Claudia, Ben,.. and some other made up retard with a different name, whether that is true.. or not".

This "company" is ripping people off, including reputable marketing agencies and the clients they represent.

Is there anyone in the USA that would care and put these guys in a court room? Even better, in jail!!?

Not the first rip off in history that looks "like the real thing", but eventually turns up to be a massive scam.

USA, SPAIN... EVERYWHERE.. BEWARE.

You're signing up to a "solution" that creates more problems than actual solutions.

Jail time for crooks like these guys. Or we will continue to be ripped off online by good looking marketing that has nothing to back it up with in the end.

Understand that it is AppCat.com the fraudulent company reported here, NOT our marketing agency.

AppCat is being reported here by our website, one of the long suffering clients that paid for AppCat services and was ripped off like many other international clients.

Hope there's no misunderstanding here at all, the website and service reported is AppCat.com

AppCat is the guilty part.
