So I started an account with this company - worst idea ever! First and foremost, I should have realized that to have a credit card I should not have to put money up for it. Mistake on my part #1

Secondly, they added fees just to pay your account ($6.95) which seems to me a penalty for paying your bill.

They also charge an annual fees, amongst a HIGH interest rate.

Then they sign you up for a (account protection) .95 for every $100 spent, even thought you never sign up for it (at least I didn't) and since I didn't realize I was signed up for it, I didn't account for it to be taken out of my limit.

So, then it went over limit (wham, $32 bucks) so then I was $32 over the limit from the over the limit fee, and at the end of the month when I was a day late paying the bill, WHAM $35 late fee, plus another $32 over the limit fee since at the end of the billing cycle they charge $32 bucks for anything over the limit.

Well to me it seems like they double dipped on the over the limit fee, they hit me already once when it went over, and then at the end of the month they charged another?

Shame on them, they are the reason why so many Americans are in such a pitiful stance.

I luckily found this out soon enough in the game to where, after canceling my account and the money that was used to secure it paid off all bu $20 dollars.

I hope with the new bill passed that they get screwed, becuase I think they have screwed enough customers from the way it seems through out the post.

So my advice, to anyone hard up for trying to repair their credit, BEWARE of them! Try the bigger banks like Bank of America, Citibank, Chase, etc they offer the same thing but with less hassle and more human customer service!

Overlimit fees & other points - NOT a ripoff

You are charged an overlimit fee eveytime your billing cycle ends and you are over your limit. ALL credit cards work like that. The $6.95 fee is only if you pay online/over phone. You can pay your bill for free, mail the payment in. The HIGH interest rate was based on YOUR credit and you agreed to the annual fee when you used the card. You were not ripped off. You agreed to everything when you accepted and started using the card.
