It was bad enough that Aprile Osborne, acting as Aprile Osborne Sales Manager of Forbes Realty, Inc. of Fort Myers cost my company $1 MILLION DOLLARS; today my Broker informed me that Aprile Osborne acting as Aprile Osborne Sales Manager of Forbes Realty, Inc. of Fort Myers informing him that she had established a Bridge Loan and asked him to close with ANOTHER buyer making her a QUICK PROFIT OF MORE THAN $400 THOUSAND DOLLARS since she was under contract to purchase my properties. Yet in the end my company lost the sale entirely due to her innabiltiy to DEFRAUD MY BROKER. Either we closed with HER BUYER, or she would instruct her partner to pull out. My company wants nothing further than to see the satisfaction this report will bring from Aprile Osborne Sales Manager of Forbes Realty, Inc. Fort Myers, Florida!!
