This Apartment complex has crime and grime.
This apartment complex in Encinitas California Archstone the equity Group is unbelievable and unacceptable there are car break ins, apartment break ins, Police breaking down doors people lined up in hand cuffs multiple times in 3 months people smoking every where elevators etc. the place is dirty the management is incompetent the rents are very high 2700 for an apartment which is unbelievable for the state of the complex. In which it is very dirty and unkept
I think they have an internet cleaning or reputation cleaning companies working their reviews as my yelp posts/reviews never appear. Avoid at all costs this place is dangerous and disgusting and has extreme road noise.

They changed the Name to Encinitas Heights because of all the bad review hidding behind a name chage beware
