Complaint Review: Arizona Department of Economic Security - phoenix Arizona

this is a follow up on the report I tried to submit the other day and resubmitted tonight

today I went to the DES office.Keep IN mind I do not have transportatation,I rely on my bicycle and public transportation

I have to cross 3 cities to get to the DES office,Which takes me all morning to get there and all afternoon to get back.you can not call your case worker to have an appointment made or a supervisor,They instructed me it's walk in only.this is by their supervisor.which you cannot contact them by phone anyway

in 4 monthes I have not met or even talked to my so called case worker,I don't know if she even exsists.In 4 monthes I have not talked to the same person twice about my case.When I talk to them I have to start back at ground 0 to expain what is happening.

Very annoying To get back to where I was.I traveled across the valley to talked to the supervisor who is suppose to be working on my case personally. as I was instructed,because my case worker has an attendence problem.

Guess What She is not in!

I informed them I wanted to talk to some one else supervisor or above with my file in hand while I got to see a lead officer,but no file he said the other supervisor had it locked up in her office thats why I went there in the first place to see my file, I gave the gentleman my copy of modifacation of child support,which I was instructed to give to the other supervisor,He thumbed thru it for quite awhile,which had nothing to do with him.and looks up at me and asks is this how much you make an hour.this is a legal document which is hugh and full of my personel finances and he asks me that.

I knew i was in trouble then.He difinitly wasnt impressing me.Then comes the important part.I personally showed him checks my ex has cashed as child support,signed deposited in her account.I presently recieving thousands of dollars of them to show the info she gave them was false.he danced me around and said they will not except them as proof of payment unless my ex supplies an affidavit of payment.

The one she gave them before was false to begin with thats why I'm submiting the checks as proof and I have to pay $10 per check to get a copy and theres lots of them.HE said I will have to go to court.wasn't getting anyplace there.so I tried to make arrangements to make it easier to see people their and he started to song and dance me.he was telling me things that were against what everyone in his office was telling me,I was going to ask him If he was in the right building.I had enough of his

mouth wash and left.

They are there just to collect a pay check.They don't care if you go bankrupt to pay them even if they has difinitly wrong

info on you,they still will try to force you to pay.I caught them going against what was stated to me and I'm following up on that soon.OOPS if you do go bankrupt.you still have to pay back and present child support.they use the term for back child support, arrears,The only ones who get in the rears is us
