Arizona Department Of Security Child Support Division ripoff Phoenix Arizona
The state of Arizona Child Support Enforcement division is a complete crock!!! Both myself and my boyfriend are in the system. I am owed support, over $32000.00, and the other party in this case is on probation and constantly in trouble with the law, yet DCSE can not locate him?????
I am doing good to recieve a payment once in every 5 years. What's even better is that on their website when I look up my case they have payments in the computer from the year 2000 that I never recieved! I contacted them and they said the checks were cashed and since it was so long ago there is nothing they can do about it! They won't even send me copies of the checks!
My boyfriend is also fighting with them. He paid faithfully to a mother who would dump the child off on whoever would take her for years. He lost his job and when he found a new one he contacted DCSE to have his case modified as he made 3X less than when the order was established. DCSE told him he had to pay for a year before he could ask for a review. In the meantime we lost our home & everythimg we owned! We even went so far as to move out of the state to get away from the system! He now owes 27k in back support for just 2 years and his order is for $340 a month???
The best part of this case is that the child hasn't lived with the mother for the past 4 years, and we have reported it to DES. Now we found out the mother is getting assistance for the child and so is the Grandmother. Tell me how in the hell two people can get welfare for one child????
