Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Hello,

First off I would like to start by stating I attended the free seminar here in Westminster, Colorado on 8/22/12 along with my wife and a business partner. I was very much skeptical in the whole theory of making fast money in real estate.

We were the last ones out of the class and was promised several key things in the seminar such as fully money back guarantee along with hands on training and assistance closing the first deal. We were also requested to sign authorization forms for publications to use our story in the event we closed a deal to be used on Armando's tv infomercial. Second guarantee we would make triple the investment within a 6 month period of attending the seminar.

Now the real catch is the 3 of us attended the seminar and started the 3 day training class which seemed to be quiet the waste of a 10 hour day as the speakers repeated much of the same stuff over and over during the whole class and once anyone asked pertinent or legit questions to expand the knowledge of this process everyone was told to write the questions down and bring them to a specialist at the end of the day or following morning. To me this was no training class as the group as a whole was never even looked at as students but mere scam suspects.

In a sum up the first day was a wash my business partner was so tired of not getting any answer's or learning anything she got up and left, my wife and I stuck it hoping for some actual knowledge to be gain from this but was nothing more then a cover up to try and get you to invest another 40,000 dollars for some bus tour with Armando himself keeping in mind the initial seminar on August 22nd was all about how to learn to flip and invest in property's with no out of pocket expenses or using other people's money. But what the day was all about was how to over come fears and just do it so to speak and how to apply for dozens of credit cards and barrow money from family members.

I have not even given it a second thought of attending the last 2 days of the blatant waste of more of my time. Not to mention the time I took off work to attend the training which I must say the actual booklets and cd's that were given in the initial seminar were much more educational then this waste of time. I have since called the event coordinator and the payment processor that took my credit card payment for the training and requested a refund at which time I was hung up on and to this point and several calls later I get nothing but voice mail boxes. I have also since this point called my bank and opened a fraudulent claim with them in which they reversed the charges to my account.

I hope this helps any individuals possibly thinking of attending any future seminar's or investing any money to this cause, I would also like to mention if this was an actual legit business and they were so interested in giving back to charity and helping people which was another thing they repeatedly went over several times. They may have looked into assessing the actual attendee's and choosing select individuals to attending further training as an intern of some sort and actually completing a contract  that would allow them a percentage of any flips or profits you made during any formal real training to be successful instead of scamming people into giving up earnest money to get nothing..
