Unethical business who lacks honesty and integrity. They will rob you blind if you don't do your homework.
I took their same quote to another company (Covenant Air Conditioning and Heating), leaving out the prices. One item was the same price ($125) but the other item was much less (Arrow $249, Covenant $95). I even asked for clarification about the services to make sure I was comparing the same work. Since I paid $70 to Arrow already ($45 trip fee and $25 diagnosis fee) and they said they would credit it to the work done, I called Arrow to set up an appointment for the $125 job. But they said it would be $199 since they were not doing the other job ($74 more!).
They were a bit rude and short on the phone. I'm cutting my losses at $70 with Arrow and moving on to Covenant.
