Thank you for reading this Rebuttal. The complaint as initially written and described was a overembellished response to something that happened at our facilities. Shortly after this complaint was submitted online, the customer issue was completely resolved. Infact the issue was not even directly related to us...it had more to do with the lending institution...and in the customer's anger and frustration they manufactured most of this report.
The customer actually has come back and done business with us again. This report is deprivation of our business, and because the customer is unable to make the steps to remove it...we will. Every customer deserves the right to voice his or her opinion...but sometimes they do so before the problem as described was even given a chance to be resolved. That is the case with this report.
As the New Finance Manager of this Dealership with support of the owner we kindly ask that this report be taken down because the negative remarks are taking away from our business.
It is our goal to make every customer happy....and sometimes you can not complete that goal. This was not one of those times. The customer is happy, as are we.
