Complaint Review: aspen products - kansas city Missouri

 i started working at aspen products in aug of 2004 i quit in march of 2010. i maintained the lift trucks to operate 24x7 , illegal employes made my job pretty rough, of coarse they were paid mim. wage , out of 400 employes 30 might be legal including management , i really needed a job at this time an i was having troubles of my own loosing my son to prison , i realized i wasnt the easiest to get along with when my lift trucks were being broke in half from abuse , there was no training for the drivers when hire , most cannt speak our language,

i realize i had job security an there was times i just didnt think i could do the job after being told how happy they was with my work an effort i stay , earl walls owns a race track which he uses for a tax right of for the  millions he makes at aspen , is it from not having to pay taxs on illegals? , the was several times a illegal would be advised their ssn was no good be released an hired back with a new ssn an name ,id hear on the news the federal goverment was cracking down on employers who done this , never happened here .

earl asked me if id like to work at his race track ,i said yes ,i love racing , the catch was he was selling his track an until he got his money he would like me to make sure his equipment was maintained , an id would learn how to prep the track for saturday night for a future [ part time job} that year was ok , i lived in raytown took me 10 minutes to get to work at aspen then drive 58 miles to work at his track , i wanted to learn to prep the track the best i could an would atleast there 4 nights a week plus all day saturday ,

an mike the guy who supose to be buying the track would pay me extra 100 dallars for time spent on a extra race , that year was ok , the following year earl said he was riped off buy mike wasnt paid any money an alot of bills were run up , earl had a trailer there he told me he paid 48 thousand  dollars for  if i wanted to buy it he'd sell it to me for 20 thousand , i had no credit he said he cosign a loan for me i could leave it on his property no charge , i was to maintain the equipment mow 30 acres of grass he suplied the mower an prep the track for saturday night for 250 dollars a week april threw sept , 20 weeks 250 dallars aweek is 5000 dollars ,

i agreed , the first 2 day race we had he was going to show me how to grade the track , i keep waiting finially he got onb the grader an done a very poor job it had 12inch drop offs which made very poor unsafe racing ,, he told every body i did it an he fired me from the race track , come in to work monday morning he chewed me out an called the drug man in to drug test me to see if he could fire me at aspen too , the guys topld me then if i diodnt work out at the track he didnt want me there either, which i said he fires me ill file a law suite on him ,

after i past the drug test i was called in the office again , he said whats this s**t youir gona file a law suite on me , i stated if you were to fire me without cause , he then stated he had to have some body from maintain that he knewwould pass an chose me ,about a year an a half he was mean treated me wrong , if i told him somewthiong that was happening to the lift truck he didnt believe a word i said , by this time i had 401k vacation time an really didnt want to change jobs ,id learn to work with the drivers an they were working with me ,

time goes on i stayed away from mr earl walls as much as i could things cooled down ,the followinmg year he had a law suit filed on him for a reck on a poorly prep track ,mr earl walls allways said race car drivers were the dummest people he" d  ever met, they race on anything , i had told him i wanted to be the best there was at it wouldbring more cars i could make more money , we begain to talk an i started helping him again ,taking care of his equipment , then when the law suit was filed i started helpig him out with the track ,, 100 dollars a week .

i still drove 58 miles to work one way , the following year i wanted to quit the track he was making a sumptions i was doing something with electrisoity an the water , had told me this was the best year he"d ever done on gas an fuel , but it wasnt long id found a camera hid  in the trees , which up set me an i threw it in the pond , nhe told me it wasnt for me it was for the kidds he hired to pick up trash he thought they was stealing gas ,which made no sense every thing was good till i told him i was moving ,

i had my trailer allmost paid off he called the bank told them not to let me move my trailer ,which there was nothing he could do about it, i told him i found a house was going to sell it , ,, when i moved he stated hed  help me out an by the trailer back , the might as well cause his wife would go in an out at will with out permition an that wasnt right , i owed 3500 on it yet he said hed pay it of an give me 1000 dollars ,i told him na thats ok i got it sold ,he then was very up set was rude at work threaten me for stealing said i was going to get hurt relations got bad at work ,

march 26 i quit . ,, they told people an employment office i was released from the track for stealing an giving me a bad work reference, i didnt have any prof of insurance an paid my last 3 dental bills my self , now i cannt seem to get a job , is there any thing i can do??/   i surely dont want to make thing worse for my self an im sure theres no witnesses they wish to keep there jobs , if theres nothing that can be done please consider my consaquenses , he does have a lot of money an does what he wants , could be fatal for me
