ASPIRE VISA ripoff, fruadulent, harassing phone call, harass family members, extremely rude, unreasonable, call job harass co-workers, try to get cell number to call, unwiling to negotiate COLUMBUS, ATLANTA, Georgia
Aspire acquired my account from Providian. I was making regular payments of $45.00. I was late on one payment and the minimun soared to $145.00. I was told by an employee to just pay the minimum which i did. A week later the calls started and they have been going on for months. Aspire call at least 5 times a day during the week even called my job and harass my co-workers. Aspire call at least 8 times a day on the weekend from 0900-2100. They are unwilling to accept a $45.00 payment and are rude and extremely insulting to me and my family over the phone. I never signed an agreement with this company and I am stunned by the unfair debt collection practices that they are getting away with. They are charging me $107.00 finance chages and $54.00 overlimit and late payment fee monthly. Which is totally unfair and unheard of. This is a rip-off and why so many consumers are forced to file bankruptcy. In 30 years of owning credit cards this company is the absolute worst!!!!!
