Association For Lifestyle Reform took my money before I asked Chino Hills California
I received a fax from "association for lifestyle reform" back in june of 2008. I called and asked how much, what the coverage was, etc. They told me I had to fill out a form and give them my bank account number- which I usually don't do- and they would send me info to get my wife on health coverage. Two months later I found a deduction from my bank account for $199.00 plus $125.00, and again the next month. When I called them back, they said it was a misunderstanding and when I asked for a refund and cancellation of my account, they said it would take a couple of weeks to get straightened out. Today is june 27th, 2008, and I received a check in the mail for the entire amount that they took from my bank account- hopefully the check will cash! Maybe I am one of the lucky ones.
