atlantic coast acquisitions aca tax group, ripped me off for over $1500 claiming to lower my tax liabilty Internet, Florida
ACA Tax Group claimed they would lower my tax liability by approx. 90%. After submitting an Offer In Compromise to the IRS, which was rejected, they completely dropped the ball in responding to the IRS. For several weeks I was under the impression they were continuing to work on my behalf when in fact they already stopped. The contract I entered into included money back guarantees. When I requested the money back they refused.
This is the same Kristen Nuss that absconded with the funds from Financial Independence and Resource Education, a debt settlement company. She and her co-hort, William Francis, are major rip-off artists.
