I bot a okidata laser printer from atomicpark.com They sent me a printer that runs on 220v, not 110v. Their sales staff don't know anything about what they are selling. Their website is misleading about the product. I am having a difficult time trying to get a refund of my money. I have asked about other printers they have and their product info is incorrect about all the printers I asked about. I had to call the manufacturer to get the correct information using their mfg part number.
They are stalling on taking back the printer. What am I suppose to do with a printer that runs on 220v in the United States. Their attitude is "They could care less" I have not gotten my money back yet , I will let you know. Do not buy anything from these people.

After calling them every day, I finally received a check for agreed amount. Guess what, the refund check was a hand-written check. Of course, I got on the internet, found the bank, called them and made sure the check was good. I really got lucky. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. It seems there are only 4 employees at this company and they dont have a clue what they are sending you.
