Atrextrade.com is a site that promises investors an average return of 1% or more per day earnings on investment through professional Forex trading services. Their track record is actually good and have provided me good returns.
However, be warned that what they say on their website and what they do in terms of investment options and compounding may be FALSE.
My account was suspended a few months ago due to a security breach involving my PerfectMoney account associated with Atrextrade.com. I made a withdrawal of $1200 from my earnings that went into some other mysterious PerfectMoney account. The PerfectMoney account number had been changed on my account without my knowledge OR NOTIFICATION. That $1200 is now gone.
Atrextrade made we wait over 24 days while they "reverfified my identity", which was the same exact dcouments I sent the first time. When they finally reactivated my account, they did indeed correct the PerfectMoney account number back to the correct one.
However, they advertise a Compounding Feature that you can go in "anytime" and change your rate of compounding on the website from 0-100% of your earingings. I was at 0% because I was taking out cash as a source of income.
Since the account reactivation debacle, my compounding feature was changed to 100%, meaning all of my earnings were rolled over (which are locked up for 241 days, by the way) and I can take no cash. More interesting is that the feature on the website pops up for less than one second, then disappears. This is clearly a programming issue on the website.
I had my PC checked by 2 techs who verified this problem is on their end - not mine. I have asked their "responsive support" department to fix this problem and the only response I ever received was that it had been turned over to their "tech department" and they would let me know.
I have made probably a dozen requests, the issue is still not fixed and the support department now ignores me.
SO BEWARE: The support department at Atrextrade.com is NOT responsive and will just ignore you if you make further requests. The compounding feature is not working, so be careful what you start at. They have not fixed this for almost 3 MONTHS. I cannot collect any money and they refuse to respond.
