AT&T U-Verse Don't expect referrals to be paid. Internet
I have made three (3) referrals to friends for U-Verse cable TV and internet service under their $100 referral bonus program. They make it so difficult to file correctly that I doubt if they ever pay a referral. I have written multiple letters and even spoken to very high-up people who promised "I'll take care of it for sure". It doesn't happen. At one point they finally agreed to pay me $100 for one of my referrals, sent me an email that my $100 gift card was in the mail. I finally received the card... for $50.00! Nobody knew why.
After months of trying to collect the rest of my bonus money, they finally beat me down and I did what I said I would NOT do.... I gave up!
I love our U-Verse TV but will never refer them to another friend.
