AT&T Wireless (more Bars In More Places) RIGHT! Absolutely horrible wireless service Glendale AZ Arizona
I recently started working in the Glendale AZ area and am totally blown away at how bad the wireless reception on AT&T network is, you can go to any government facility and the service just plain doesn't work! thinking there is no way a company can operate like this I went and bought a new Blackjack 2 (I had the blackjack I) neither phone gets service in the court rooms or at the police station or in the City hall not even in the libraries, All places I do business in daily. So I went and got a Sony ericsson z750 Which is exactly as bad as the others. I have called tech support and they say everything shows good in Glendale AZ.
I don't want credit to shut up about it like I have been offered; I want the service to work like you said it would PERIOD.
The company I work for has Verizon simply because they could not get any BARS in any of there Glendale facilities (over 20).
I have gone on blogs and messages boards trying to find out why this is not a bigger deal than it seems and I think the comment by an AT&T Tower tech at a 7-11 in Phoenix was perfect. "Because we don't have a lot of customers that stay with our service that work or live there" Boy that was right on.
His parents are on Verizon because they are important to him! Enough said.
