AUGUST INVESTMETS Rip Off, Fraud, Theft Houston Texas
This company presented itself as a collection agency. We hired them to collect an outstanding balance owed to our company. They agreed to collect the balance plus the fees they would charge. The two individuals who represented the company were Mr. Henderson and Mr. Michaels. According to them, Mr. Michaels was the legal representation for the company and would be the one to collect the money for us. Not only did they never follow up with me, I had to keep calling them for updates. Mr. Michael was never in the office. When I finally did get a hold of him, he said the check they recieved had bounced and that they were negotiating to collect the full amount. Immediately after this conversation with Mr. Michaels, they disconnected their number and we have not been able to contact them. We know for a fact that they were paid in full. Their website is still up. If anyone knows how to get a hold of them or where to find them, please let me know. We plan to take legal action against them.
