Purchased a 2011 Denali yesterday, was told by our salesman Brett that we had until the 16th to have our mechanic look it over (actually told us that manager had emailed us)- my fault for not checking. Also signed a contract that says it has 2,300 miles on it. It has 7,500, which we did notice until we had left the dealership. Mechanic found today that it has been in an accident- deer specifically - fur still under the engine, new hood and paint on inside the engine compartment along with a front door that does not line up. Funny, when I called Brett today to say we would be taking our old car back, the manager and owner spoke with my husband saying we were SOL and we signed everything and should have inspected the car. And the only email we received was one saying our $2,000 deposit would be refunded by the 16th. How do people sleep at night? Naive I know....
