This company rents booths at conferences, collecting cash and taking orders, including shipping fee, but to the best of my knowledge, does not fill these orders, but retains the cash with no attemp to refund or making good on delivering the good orders by potential customers/victims.

Lynnwood in Maryland, First, I would like to apologize on the behalf of Mr. Ryans. He doesn't know that I am writing this so don't feel that this is any form of cohersion. Since Mr. Ryans business is based in Houston and he frequents many cities and states it would only be right to collect the monies in advance. How many other businesses do the same thing? I believe that this is a well-known policy. I've known Mr. Ryans for over 15 years and have found him to be an upstanding, law-abiding and most of all, Child of God. I don't believe that he would have intentionally taken your money and not given you the merchandise. He is a very busy man with a lot of irons and if nothing else, this may have been an oversight but nothing that cannot be rectified. I've witnessed, many times that a order has been taken but the proper information wasn't received and he had no way of contacting the person to right it. Is there a chance that your phone number or address has changed? May I ask you if you've been in contact with Mr. Ryans to have this matter resolved? If I may suggest, try contacting him again and I pray that you will be another satisfied customer.
