Automotive Scientific Inc Scam Rip off theives Rogersville Tennessee
Short and sweet of it. Sent computer in. They said to bad to fix. Offered to get a used part and then rebuild it. I agreed. Took several months. Finally sent part. It had exact same problem as my original. I purchased a used part from junk yard and installed. Problem was fixed. They promised refund after 30 business days. This means only the days they work by the way. They consider Valentines day a non business day just so you know. Never sent refund. I paid through paypal. Unfortunately they coldn't refund due to over 45 days since charged. However my credit card that is linked to my paypal had a longer time period. They disputed charge and Auto ECU never responded. This company will not respond to phone calls or emails. The only shady response you will get is through there website where you have to use there system. Make sure you do a screen capture of everthing here because that will be proof later of their response to your questions. Hopefully you paid with credit card so you can get your money back!!!!! Just don't wait to long or it will be too late. This is the worst company I have ever delt with.
