Autoyardsale This company listed on the web tradekey.com rip off my money, selling merchandise and never ship them to me. Evansville Indiana
To Whom It May Concern ,
This is Tam **** , I lived in Aurora CO zip 80012 .
I have a problem with a person who lived in Evansville IN zip 47711 .
I saw an ad on the web www.tradekey.com about baby formula . The person's name listed with tradekey.com was Gerald Baity using the company name's as Autoyardsale . I contacted them by via email and by phone regarding the prices for the offer . The person I have dealt with over the phone and via email was Teresa Baity , claiming Lisa in the email sent to me . When we agreed on the prices , she told me to send her a cashier's check in the amount of $5,512.50 to Teresa Gregory , PO Box 4211 , Evansville , IN 47724 . I sent her the first cashier's check on 4/9/08 .
A few days later , Teresa told me if I could send her the rest of the money so she could save the shipment fees . So I sent her the second cashier's check in the amount of $6,405.00 on 4/14/08 to her home/office address at 515 E Franklin St , Evansville , IN 47711 .
When I asked her about shipment , she gave me a run-around . She said her bank had to hold the cashier's checks for two weeks before she could cash them and she happened to be out of town for another week to attend her father's funeral . The whole month of April passed by , I claimed either my merchandise or my money back . She told me to show up in Indiana the following day to pick up the merchandise otherwise I would lose everything .
Obviously , I am over 1000 miles away and she wants me to come over the next day to pick them up . Lastly , she said , " I already sent them to you , why you keep asking me " .
I do have all proof of correspondence with this woman and will submit this when need it .
Please let me know if you could take care of this case or reference someone or whoever could solve this problem .
