on 6/8/2017 had an internet connection problems with all my comp.was advised to call the router im using which is Netgear who directed me to a tech support # 800-280-0640,was told to call another # which is 323-250-8005..was from LA Calif.i called and asked where are you from,was told Texas..anyway told them abt.the problem and was told it would cost me $149.99 1 time fee for tech support and $49.99 for 1 year subscription,i asked if it will apply to my 3 comps,was told YES at which point they took over my lap top,and started working on it,was told to hang up and they will call me back when done..waited for a couple of hours,no 1 called,i called them back i got a voice mail,after calling them 3 times with no answer.obviously if they attempt to charge my credit card it will be disputed.
