 Babysitting your angels? Perhaps not.

While using this service my child I experienced a multitude of problems.

While it is understandable that things may happen at the job, it is not understandable why this business is mismanaged and so unprofessional.

I was originally posting due to other things I had investigated but the more important focus I should say is the "care" that they provide this business gives the impression they are professional but are anything but!

While my child attended this daycare, there are a few things that stood out.

1. Why am I picking my child up at another location that was not approved by me? (I would have never known they were on an outing had I not opted to pick my child up early that day.)

2. Why was it that her daycare location was not a real facility but a house in a fairly decent neighborhood, however I was given the impression by Angelica Rios'  description that she had a daycare center located in an upscale hotel in Newport Beach?

3. Why was her boyfriend always lingering around? I dont know him. She did not mention he was part of the staff and she did not perform a background check on him

These things concern me as I love my child and would appreciate knowing where he is at all times.

There was an incident when I had picked my child up from her care and her home smelled very odd, almost as if you could tell someone had been smoking cigarettes and drinking in it the night before! I would have at least thought she would have aired her house out!

The final straw for me was receiving her invoice (with attitude) from the daycare. l received an invoice and she (very poorly written) had given me someone else's bill that was in failed payments with her. I just threw it out.

From what I gather from my experience is that she needs more professional experience both morally and professionally. I cannot trust someone with my child when they mismanage their clients, give false information and leave me in limbo about my child's day activities with her. She appears professional but is anything but. Based off of a mothers opinion Her staff is not trained well to handle children and neither is she. The staff acts very suspicious  not interacting with the parents at all. I have my investigator research her and because of the seriousness of the findings I have opted out of posting that but I will say her  information is public record. I will NEVER TAKE MY CHILD OVER TO THAT DAYCARE AGAIN.
