I just got off the Phone with Bank One Cardservices CSR and they are going to remove the .50 charge from my account. they blame that it is a automation glitch on the server that causes this issue, BS I am sure. They still ripped me off $60 in bogus Finance Charges and sneaked in late fee after paying off the Balance right after my last smaller payment with them I had.. same BS glitch again right there I bet. their automated CSS is a pain to go through.. they make it that you have to go through 2 menus before you can even get a chance to go to a operator. I requested for a 2nd time to get a letter of account closure from them. we'll see if this monkey is off my back, if not, more to come....
