ordered 1 set at $10.00, was offered free second set. Called the Co. after I saw the total for the order was over $35? Customer Service person gets the prize for Rudeness. Told me I needed to call back after 24-48 hours to cancel, so I called the next morning, spoke with another CS Rep.(Samantha) she told me she would cancel the order but I needed to call back in 48 hours to confirm, when I called the next morning I was told by Joan (another CS rep from Hell) that the order was already in the "system" and could not be canceled. I had to demand to speak with her Supervisor, not once but twice since the first Super refused to speak with me, Spoke with Hazel finally, and I am now awaiting a call back, they are trying to "catch" the order before it ships.
First I was told they could not cancel because it was not in the system, then I was told because it was already in the system it was to late to cancel??? Yes they offer money back, but that's only $10. this after they have charged me 25. for shipping a package that weighs less then a pound, so if by chance you do send it back, that would cost an additional 5.00. I read some on-line reviews of the product, and most women said the product did not work!

Waited all day for call back from Hazel, never came Sat morning I get an e-mail expressing how happy they are to let me know my package has shipped! Great another Rip Off!!
