After a year and a few months has gone by since we got the scooter from BMO we never got to use because the throttle was stuck on high and replacement parts not delivered the Kentucky Attorney General is taking BMO to court to sue for damages. Over 100 complaints have been received in the past year. If you are currently out there with a bum scooter from BMO I recommend calling the Kentucky Attorney General. I made complaints to the BBB who in turn had me contact the Attorney General.
