Barry Rodgers Golden State Home Inspection Botched Home Inspection Palm Springs, California
Our realtor selected Barry Rodgers for our home inspection. Very few problems were identified. We sold our house 23 months later and the buyers used a credible home inpsector who identified significant electrical and fire safety problems. All of these were in existence at the time Barry Rodgers performed his so-called home inspection. We had to correct all of these in order to sell our house. We asked Barry Rodgers for reimbursement from his errors and omissions insurance but he stated, untruthfully, that the problems were not present when he performed his inpsection.
