Battery Hippo This company is a total ripoff. It took my money, the battery for my Thinkpas worked only once, but would not take a charge after the battery ran down, aadvertises a 6 month warranty, yet NEVER retur Edison, New Jersey
This company is a ripoff and fraud. They sold me a battery for my Thinkpad. They advertise a 30 day return policy. They also advertise a 6 month warranty replacement. Neither is true. I got the battery, inserted it into my Thinkpad, and it worked fine. After it ran down, I tried to recharge it, and it would not take a charge. I attmepted a return, but could not get anyone to respond to email or phone. In spite of MANY times asking for support, they have not once responded in any way, leaving me with no option but to stop wasting my time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! EVER!!!
