BECKMAN CHEVROLET RIP OFF IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DEFIANCE Ohio
My husband called the service department at Beckman's to order my new tires for my car. The car at that time had a yellow raised lettered tire. He requested they be replaced with a white raised lettered tire (we knew that the yellow were no longer being made). The service department called back saying no problem and we made an appointment for two days later.
The day of the appointment my husband arrived and was told that the white raised lettered tires also were not being made any longer and they ordered us the replacement tire with black letters. He reluctantly aggreed to put them on since there were no options in the white letters.
Upon his arrival home and hearing this, I checked the web site of the tire company and what do I find the tires I wanted. I email the dealership the next day and got that the tires I got were fine and I should not complain. I then called and after several days and phone calls (All made by me, the serive department must not know how to use the phone when calling out)
I finally got the answer you got tires you should be happy.
Then I asked to speak with the owner. He called me back but in his words "only to make me feel better" I told him the tires I orignially ordered would make me feel better. After serveral more minutes on the phone he hung up on me.
I would never do business with this dealership again. They are very unprofessional and rude.
