I have just filed a fraud claim with Beloved with the BBB and will take the advice of filing a small claim if necessary. I cannot believe they treat their brand ambassadors this way. They are dirty, and def. the worst promo agency I have worked with!!!

I have received most of my payment at this point. I have tried to remove my report, but apparently you cannot remove a report completely.

Bakera, First, I don't know what service you provided for this company. But if it is some kind of skill that you plan on applying as a career independent contractor, here is a bit of advice: if your client is billing for services after they are performed, don't sign on to a contract that makes your payment contingent on your client's receipt of payment. In other words, steer clear of "I'll pay you when I get paid" situations unless you are willing to risk stuff like this. If this is standard in your industry, I guess you'll just have to accept it as a part of doing business. Also, if you are indigent, there is likely a form you can fill out to have the small claims filing fee waived. Ask the court clerk, or do some research online (Michigan has most of their commonly used court forms, such as the application for a filing fee waiver, online). Best of luck!
