Benchmark Processing Continued calls to settle a debt owed claim against me. Offering a monthly payment plan to settle this debt once and for all. Oregon
Today I pressed for more detail on this debt claim they have against me. Would not disclose that unless I agreed to start the debt remediation. I know I don't have any outstanding debt beyond a 4 year old truck. But, I wanted them to tell me who they have a claim in my file from. I finally told them I know I am debt free. The continued calling shows me they are not legitimate so I am turning them into the BBB and IRS for fraud. They quickly offered to put me on a no call list.
