Bening Mazda ripoff took my trade in and the car i bought from them Cape Girardeau Missouri
Me and mt husband bought a car from Bening Mazda we had a 2001 chrystler sebring LXI (nice car) with all the lether sun roof cd it was nice and traded it for a 2005 kia optima well that was on a saturday and we agreed to the 500 dollar down pmt because it was an import car they said well on monday the finance guy calls back and says that he has bad news that we need 1500 dwn with my trade and we had to pay our own sales taxes and etc so we said we wanted out of the deal he told us that it was to late we already signed the parers and my car was gone so we thought we was stuck with this so i called my friend who worked a a dealership and she said that was false that the down pmt didnt go to the finance co. that it went to the dealership so i called the finance dept and they told me after telling them the whole story that the dealership had lied to us that i could have backed out of the deal but now it was to late and that they was not asking for a 1500 down pmt so i called the dealership and they agreed to knock off the 1500 dollars and we had to pay our own sales taxe.
Well we agreed and the next month they called and said for us to leave all the paper work in the car and the title they was comming to get the car that the finance guy had no right to make that deal with me and if we didnt they was going to get the law involved so we did as they said and we didnt know that we should have done the oppisite because nothing like this had happened to us before so need les to say they came and got my car and also had my trde in and now i have no car and no money to get another one and i have two kids they still dont care and are not willing to help in any way.
