The case filed here is under an assumed name and location. The report is from a client in Virginia Beach with a different name.
Bermuda made every attempt to satisfy this customer. When it was discovered that there was slight cosmetic damage, Bermuda adjusted the price and gave the customer a refund. All items that were orignally supplied with the spa were received by the customer. Two trips out to the customer to explain operation were made and a customized use and care guide was created by Bermuda for the customer.
All concerns by the customer were responded to within 24 hours. The customer installed the spa in a small unventilated shed, against the advise of Bermuda. When the customer refused to allow Bermuda to inspect the spa for suspected faulty operation, the spa's distributor and manufacturer sent out a third party repair company to inspect the spa (under the MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY). When no problem could be pinpointed, the manufacturer decided to replace the control pack at no charge for customer satisfaction.
When successfull repairs were completed, the customer demanded additional compensation from Bermuda. The request was turned over to third party arbitration, which found for Bermuda. Bermuda is happy to help this customer in any way, but the customer refuses contact with Bermuda. All documintation is available for review, or you can contact Bermuda @ 757-382-7771.
