 Ordered camera online on Friday, called to confirm on monday May 14th.  I wanted to expedite the shipping and was told at first that there was not expedited shipping on this item.  I was really confused!?!  I was looking online and it gave me prices for faster shipping.  I was very polite and said, "well, that's kinda crazy there is no expediated shipping."  The response I got from male at ext. 502 was "What, you don't think I want to get you your camera?"  That's when I got pissed.  I told him this isn't personal and before I could finish my sentence he transferred me without telling me.

Got on the line with Jeffery x301, he was very nice and told me that the camera was not in stock, but will be on Thursday the 16th and that I can call and expedite the shipping then.  I called back on Thursday and they were closed for a Jewish holiday.  Then why tell me to call that day and that the camera was coming in that day??? 

I called on friday and tried to figure out a way to expedite the shipping.  At the same time my boyfriend looked up reviews and saw how bad they were and told me to cancel.  I asked the rep Gary to hold on a second and Gary hung up on me.  Besides the already long hold times, I called back and waiting almost 20 minutes to try to cancel the order.  My boyfriend called on his cell phone (one that we hadn't called from) and they answered immediately.  I then cancelled the ordered and before I could ask the rep to confirm the item I was cancelling he hung up on me again. 

I was told that the bank account was not charged lets hope not.
