on april 4th i order a part for my laptop a fa-411 ethernet card...best buy sends me a fa-511 ethernet card does not fit...even thou this is THERE mistake they tell us that they will charge us another 35.00 on our credit card and we can wait another 3 weeks and they will send us another..i asked the woman if she was nuts no way am i giving them another 35.00 for them to screw up again..anyway i return this part and they said in 5 days i would have the money back on ...i still have no money this is the worst online company u can deal with....its been two weeks since this was returned i still have no refund...everytime i call i get the same runaround...they are full of crap and just dont want to issue the refund ..i reported them to the attorney general and the bbb...i know i will never deal with them again in or out of there stinkin store
