After 5 months, I have finally recieved my Official College Transcripts. This is supposed to be a Christian oriented college and it is to my bewilderment that they have yet to apologize for illegally expelling me. I did not sign any withdrawl forms and did not change my classes to drop myself below the requirements to sustain my loans. Bethany's actions have caused me great financial difficulty, in that I only needed 9 classes to graduate. Because of Bethany's false charges employment is scarce. Because of Bethany I can't continue my education. Because of Bethany I will not be graduating. I am on the National Dean's List which is the highest scholastic honor a student can achieve and would not do anything to jepardize my standing. I am also Phi Theta Kappa, past vice president of amnesty International and in the past achieved the Who's Who among Sudents in American Junior colleges. Since they have refused to retract their false statements publicly about me, I can only consider this as slander. To date, Bethany is still refusing to allow me to at least appeal their decision and defend myself and refute the alleged false charges made by them and unknown other persons.

For all of you that have read this report over the past weeks, I am asking that Bethany College pay restitution in the amount of 10.5 million dollars! Some lawyer is going to be very happy with their part of this settlement. To date they have been totally silent, now that they know that this was their error.

Check to see if your student information or grades have been changed from what you originally had or have. Some student grades when the identity has been stolen have been lowered. Go to: United States Department of Education, Federal Trade Commission, Fbi.gov/submit a tip, United States Postal Inspectors and IFCC.gov and file a complaint right away!
