Better All Auto Sales They caused me to go into a money bind Yakima Washington
Better all auto sales is a joke. I purchased gap insurance through the dealership. I then had an accident and have been dealing with them dragging their feet on countless occasions for sending the checks to the bank I was financed through. I'm in a complete money bind because of them.

The proceeds of "gap" insurance is paid to the lender to cover the amount of the contract which is equal to the "upsidedown amount". That money doesn't go to you...it goes to the lender. Since the "gap" insurance was NOT designed to enrich you...how does the lender not getting the payment have an affect on your finances?
