Better Trades Ripoff tried to withhold refund filed within 3 day federal guidelines St. Peters Missouri
I attempted to return the Better Trades program immediately after I watched the first DVD. I finally got a return Authorization Number by phone (which is required, as well as the needed address for the return, since absolutely no address is printed on their contract or shown on their website). I called many times after returning the program, but no credit was made to my account for $2,995. I finally was able to get through and they said that they hadn't been able to credit the account because the account number they were trying to credit wasn't the correct one. I asked for the number they were using, and both the first and the last digit of my credit card number were off by one digit. How convenient!!! They were able to DEBIT my account to get paid, but not to CREDIT my account to refund my money. Why didn't they pick up the phone and call me, since we had had several conversations and they knew that I was watching this carefully. My account was finally credited.

JR, Read my report about being ripped off by the young dude playing loud video games in his office while answering my "business" question. Better Trades is now officially a Las Vegas business, but the phone number that you gave in Missouri was the one that came up on my caller ID when I was called back about why they wouldn't be refunding my money! We are dealing with the same fraudulent ripoff team, they are just reinventing their Modus Operandi. Now it is a 1-800 number that rings in WV and the calls are returned by the "young man" in Missouri. They just registered as a business July '06 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
