I am still waiting for 2 items, but the item I ordered last finally arrived. It should've been here a long time ago, but I am happy it is finally here. Now I am only out about $50 for the 2 items I ordered over a month ago.

After looking through the account to evaluate the option of refunding without the claims documents which we require for all lost/damaged packages, I saw there was a PayPal dispute on account. I realize that going through PayPal is a good way to ensure the money will be refunded, but our billing department will not refund any merchandise that PayPal is attempting to collect on as well. The reason we do this is because when disputes arise through PayPal, they advise us they may debit our account on behalf of the customer without prior notification. If we are in the process of a refund and the account is debited, the user stands to receive two refunds. In situations like these, it is common for us to request the PayPal dispute be dropped. At that time, the customer can be refunded the total amount. Should the dispute be dropped and the refund rendered, the only stipulation would be that your account will remain deactivated since we did not recieve your statements of loss. If I can inform my billing department of your intention to drop the dispute, I will argue for the return of the funds in full. My hope is that if sending in notarized claims forms is not an option, that you please consider dropping the dispute so that your case would be in good standing to receive a full refund.

I am willing to give this a shot altough I know from other people's postings taht there is very little if anything that will come from this. The invoice # from one of the shipments is 2785068. Please do not bother giving me the ususal line about filling out the paperwork for the insurance company. Your own site states that I never got the item so that would be a lie.

All complaints posted here or elsewhere are taken seriously by Bidz.com, but little can be done with just a posted complaint. Providing information can allow us to correct any errors we may have made. This is very important! Please respond with an invoice number at the very least so we diagnose the root of the problem.
