Hello..
I was an employee at Big Game Promotions. The owner Joe Celeski / CEO is very unpredictable. I resigned to move forward in life and he had decided to hold my pay. I signed a resignation notice on May 23rd, 13' and my pay has still been withheld from me. I arrived Thursday May 30th, '13 after work to pick up my pay and my pay was less than half of what it was supposed to be. After 72 hours of resignation the employer is supposed to pay all that is owed to the employee. After 72 hours Ca Law Sec code 203 states that..
So what happens if the employer fails to meet these obligations? California Labor Code section 203 provides for a penalty equal to one day of wages at your standard hourly rate for each day the employer falls beyond the deadline, up to a maximum of thirty days.
As of now I still have not been paid for the commissions that I made and each day after the 28th I am dued wages from the commissions that I made.
I am dissappointed as I really thought that I was working for a legit company.
Drug use, Alcohol abuse, slander, adultery, abusive language.. I could go on and on but that is all TOLERATED at Big Game Promotions..
Big Game Promotions is the business that I am speaking of..

I completely retract my posting about Big Game Promotions & Their CEO, Joe Celaski. I started working for Big Game Promotions April 2012 and went to work drunk my first day. I previously worked for Media All Stars, a competitor, and joined BGP because their company is better. Big Game Promotions is fully licensed and bonded as a commercial fundraising when most of the other companies in the industry like Media All Stars, SS Fundraising, Community All Stars are not. Big Game Promotions CEO is hard working, dedicated, extremely driven, and goes above and beyond to take care of his employees. When I posted this ROR, I was under the influence of alcohol and was upset because I had resigned from BGP the day before and was upset. The fact is, when i first started with BGP I was broke and practically homeless. The CEO was kind enough to allow me to stay at his home while I got back on my feet, putting a roof over my head and food on the table every day. Joe has always gone above and beyond to help me, and has even stayed in communication with my parents and brother when I fell off the wagon. I've never met a more caring and supporting boss and I deeply regret posting anything negative about Joe or BGP with this site. Big Game Promotions delivers an amazing fundraising opportunity to high schools across the US, producing the coolest and highest quality sports promotional products, and donates the highest return in the industry back to the schools. I highly recommend that anyone in the San Diego area who is seeking a job, check with Big Game Promotions. You won't find a better company to work for, and there is a ton of opportunity as the company is growing fast.
PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE MY PREVIOUS POSTING!!! BIG GAME PROMOTIONS IS A GREAT COMPANY AND I DEEPLY REGRET POSTING ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEM ONLINE. I WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND UPSET WITH MYSELF AND MY LIFE AS A RESULT OF SEVER ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE WHEN I POSTED MY COMMENTS. THE CEO OF BIG GAME PROMOTIONS IS AN AMAZING PERSON AND HAS ONLY TRIED TO HELP ME THROUGH MY ADDICTIONS AND HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME. IM VERY SORRY FOR POSTING THE PREVIOUS ROR AND WOULD DO ANYTHING TO HAVE IT REMOVED COMPLETEY. I HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL AND WAS PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME I POSTED MY ORIGINAL ROR COMMENTS. I WAS A SALES REP WITH BGP AND WHEN I RESIGNED I WAS PAID FOR ALL OF MY PAID SALES. WHEN MY NON-PAID SALES DO PAY, BGP WILL PAY ME FOR THOSE SALES AS WELL. I'M VERY SORRY FOR TRASHING BIG GAME PROMOTIONS AND HOPEFULLY THIS DOES NOT HURT THE HUNDREDS OF SCHOOLS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES THAT THEY RAISE MONEY FOR.
SINCERELY & DEEPLY REGRETFUL- T.C.
