The owner of this Jewellery Store in Montreal is a Dishonnest and Immoral person. He cheated me for a measly 20.00.. On and around the 20th of January, 2012. I showed him my gold claddagh ring and asked if he could mend the band where it had come unattached from the Gold Hand part of the ring( their are 2 gold Hands on the ring) he said he could mend it for 20.00. When I passed by the store 3 days later to pick it up, one of the gold hands was MISSING and he had mended the band to the wrong part of the ring..( He sells claddagh rings and could not have known that part wasn't missing) He refused any knowledge of this and began lying like crazy, and claiming complete ignorance,, I said to him "look, everyone makes mistakes, maybe the "Gold Hand" just broke off somewhere in the store, just give me back my 20.00 and I will forget about it",, He refused to even give me back my 20 bucks.. My Gold ring is permanently damaged,, has pieces missing now and is too small to even wear,, also I am out 20.00 dollars,,, This guy is a very dishonnest person,, if he will cheat a customer for 20.00, just imagine what he will cheat others for.
