Bikezdirect Bikezdirect.com Nitro-motors.com Company has over 10 unanswered complaints with the BBB - WONT SEND MCO OR TITLE!!! Los Angeles California
bikezdirect bikezdirect.com nitro-motors.com is a terrible company to deal with! I ordered one of the 250CC Scooters from the website: bikezdirect.com. It arrived fine but had a cracked winshield & NO free helmet as promised. Then the nightmare began. I needed to request the MCO (Manufacturers Certificate of Orgin) in order to title the scooter. I have now requested it 3 times 5/08/09, 5/15/09 & 5/19/09.
On 5/08 they told me it was mailed, then I spoke with them on 5/15 & again a lady said she would "priority mail it" then I spoke to the same woman & she confirmed it was NOT mailed & she "had it in her hand" She promised me on 5/19/09 that she would overnight it & she did NOT. All I want is my MCO, bill of sale & windshield replaced & I will be DONE with this company!
The companies so called supervisors hung up on me when trying to get an answer as to why I was now told 3 times it was mailed & it never was. I cannot believe that you spend over $1300 with a company & they treat you like this, I was hung up on by a man named Paul & woman named Christina, while simply trying to find out why my MCO has still never shipped.
So I went to the BBB website & low & behold there are 10 yes ten unanswered complaints with this company! They have a rating of F which is the lowest rating & here is the explanation of the F: "We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices." This is a direct quote from the BBB website.
Please DO NOT purchase from this company as you may be saving money but you will get the WORST customer service & may never get your MCO to title the vehicle!!! Check them out @ the BBB b-4 you do!! If I can get just 1 person to NOT order from here I will be happy!! I have now filed a dispute with Paypal & will see what happens.
