Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVDs Be careful when ordering a DVD set from this company. They will charge for numerous items you did not order once they have your credit card number. Ripoff Broomfield Colorado
I saw the infomercial for the Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVDs. They are advertised for $39.95 plus shipping and handling. Sounds really inexpensive for all that you get. Well surprise, there's a catch. When you call to place the order you do not get a live person, you get a voice prompted system. After giving my credit card info, mailing address and name I had to listen to one offer after another for so many things that I changed my mind and hung up WITHOUT confirming my order. The next thing I know I have a confirmation email and a bill for over a hundred dollars. They billed me for vitamins and for a DVD club membership. When I called to cancel I was told they do not do cancellations. That I have to send back what I don't want in the mail and they would give me a credit. How can I be billed for things I never ordered or for something I never confirmed? I was told that it would not matter if I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because they are aware that the company does not do cancellations which tells me this happens frequently. Be careful, if it looks to good ot be true IT IS.
