I was contacted by this company several months ago, in regards to persuing a grant. I had some concerns at first about any company that solicited my business about grants. I asked how long they've been in business and they provided me with information that stated they've been in business for sometime now. Because I believed the information they provided me was true, I checked with the B.B.B. of Nevada and didn't see any complaints -
So I did business with them. The gentleman that I talked to was Julian Rodriguez and he promised a website, as this would help my company get a grant, faster. I couldn't believe that a company would not only build a website, but also pursue a grant that would keep my company from filing bankruptcy and do all of this for $1000 down and additional money after I received a grant.
Today, they've not only taken the agreed $1000 and have provided nothing as for service, but they've also electronicly taken thousands of other dollars from my account. If it wasn't for my accountant bringing this to my attention, who know's how much more they would've taken. Unfortunatly, I've had to change my business bank account and bankruptcy looks eminent. Before they stole the money from my account I might have been able to operate another 12 months, now I have the pleasure of explaining to my employees why I can't afford thier payroll.
I did buisness with this company because I thought this company would help me get through a tough time. I have called numerous times and have never gotten a returned call. Since then I have discovered that they don't currently have a buisiness liscense for grant writing and all of the info that they gave me was false. They are not even a valid corporation. For proof go to Nevada State Corporate Network, nevada secretary of state( Buisiness entitiy search) , accessclarkcounty.com I have learned that all grant writers have to register with the state, ask them for the name of their grant writers and ask for their identification #.
I have encouraged my ex-employees to go to this site and post their complaints about how this scandalous company effected thier lives and their families. After further investigation into the company , I have found that the company is being funded by a VICTOR GUTIERREZ. Who resides in Rancho Palo Verde California and WHO'S PHONE NUMBER IS 310-779-9052 OR E-MAIL [email protected]. I KNOW THAT I AM NOT ALONE AND I ENCOURAGE OTHER VICTIMS TO POST COMPLAINTS AND CALL/E-MAIL DEMANDING A REFUND. I AM ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA . THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN E-MAILED TO VICTOR or Call Buff Shapiro at 702-591-1514.

Thanks for posting, William. I am currently looking for a job and found a blind ad for sales that said you could make $1000-$5000 per week. I recently quit a job that I found out was a scam and I wasn't going to make that same mistake again, so I Googled the number they gave and found your report. These scam jobs reel in their employees with big promises just like their customers, and I'm glad I didn't apply. I'm so sorry to hear of what happened with your company.
