    The Blast Fitness Corporation incorporates deceptive practices in order to collect money for services never rendered. The "contract" is designed to automatically withdraw funds from your bank and credit card accounts in 30-day advance increments. this tactic is in order to capture funds from anyone who contracts with them and does not like it and therefore has to pay for the next month even if they do not use the service they do not wish to pay for. Even if you are not satisfied (buyer’s remorse) with the respective service you received, they use the contract plus the 30-days clause to capture your funds that they are able to automatically withdraw.

    If this is not bad enough, there is no cooperation to communicate to any authority to cancel services by phone or in person. They direct you to a general e-mail (no person’s name is on it) to effectively cancel any part of service you sign up for. There are three separate divisions, each of which, they say have nothing to do with the other: The Club property department, the physical trainers department and then the billing department. These departments will not return your phone call or give you a number to call any manager in charge of handling any questions or concerns.

    I fell prey to the oldest trick in the book where the club manager called the physical training manager Chris Argue to make a physical appointment after I was refused point blank for my request for the physical trainers phone number (red flag). So after much anguish I settled for making an appointment thru the club GM I was standing in front of as they were talking supposedly to the physical traning manager making our appointment at the club for me. To which I took time out of my day and showed up to the appointment that was set on Tuesday at 1PM and the Manager: Chris Argue never showed or called me to explain anything.

    Extremely bad business all around and the clubs lockers, tanning beds, sauna and showers are cheap cheap cheap! The final ridiculous act this company infringes upon you will be calls, not eventually from the manager or representatives trying to listen to your concern or needs, but once you stop payment due one picking the easiest path to not pay these corrupt un-business savvy idiots, a collection department will call you. They of course are not able, connected, concerned or affiliated with anyone in the “other BLAST fitness departments” they only try to harass you to pay the fees for non-services rendered with threats that they will call the credit agencies for non-payment (go for it!).
